How to Make a "Clicker" at Home
Start with a long strip of metal (like a street cleaner bristle).
The one in this example is nineteen inches long.

Step 1: First bend the metal a few
inches more than in half. DO NOT BEND ALL THE WAY SO THAT BOTH ENDS ARE
TOUCHING. Use a bread tie (or something of the sort ) to keep both
ends from springing back apart.
Step 2: At up to about one and half inches from one end take and twist 90 degrees with two pair of pliers (like a twist that you would do on a twist-flex tension wrench).
Step 3: Bend about five and a half inches
on the end that is not twisted
Step
4: Loop the part you just bent around
the opposite side just after the 90 degree twist.
Step 5: Take off the bread tie
and add a old pen or black tape for the handle. FINISHED!!!
You can probably figure out how to put the clicker in the pen but if you can't, here's how. Just undo the loop you made, unbend a little bit and put through the pin. Then redo the loop.
You use it by pulling the lip down and slide your finger off the side so it pops up quick
hitting all the pins in the lock at once. A run on sentence but
descriptive none the less.
